

What is EH?
Experiential Healing is a talking therapy
that re-connects us to our true selves.
Coaching sessions last 1 hour and incorporate coaching tools to identify and resolve internal conflicts that are creating self-sabotage in our lives. We then heal them at the root.
This opens us up to experience more joy, love, peace and happiness.
Experiential Healing Process sessions are a talking therapy that last for 1.5 to 2 hours and uses somatic deep meditation work to allow thoughts and feelings to resurface. It releases trauma that is lodged in our body, often causing physical pain and illness.
This leaves us feeling lighter, happier and often pain free.

Why experiential healing?

Perhaps you have the material things you want from life but just aren’t feeling the joy or gratitude for what you have even though you think you should feel content? Or maybe you want more wealth but just can't seem to attract it or keep it in your life?
Life Purpose
Fears that you aren’t ‘good’ enough? Do you start a project only to find yourself crippled by procrastination and self doubt, lacking motivation or feeling stuck with what seems to be an irrational fear? Do you want to take a different direction in life but are holding yourself back? Or maybe you have no idea what you would love to do or what it even looks like but you know what you have right now isn’t it?!
Emotional Wellbeing
Perhaps it is a dense emotion such as fear, depression, anger, anxiety, shame or guilt that keeps presenting itself to you daily that you just cant seem to shake. Is it is blocking your happiness and affecting your relationships?
Often these repeating patterns, persisting dense emotions and energetic blocks are due to unresolved wounds and unhealed trauma which demand our attention until they are fully cleared. As painful as it is they just keep on repeating in a loop until we choose to address them. This is why they don’t just go away on their own as much as we would like them to!
